This is paradise, to me. It may not look like much to you. However, I want to give you a view of it through my eyes. Perhaps, you too, will come to see why Row 200 at Seminole Mobile Home Park, Saint Petersburg , Florida, USA is a paradise.

… … Notice there is not a gate. It’s not a gated community. It has ever been required to be a gated trailer Park / Mobil Home Park , not during any of my ten (10) years old living in paradise at Lot #210. In the Mobile Home I own.
I was granted the right to live here in this 55 year old plus community over ten years ago and I purchased my trailer on Lot #210. ( The Grace of Steve meely brought me here)
I turn 65 years old in a few weeks. I have been able to maintain my domicile here on paradise row 200 at Lot #210 because I have made ever Lot #210 rent payment, for every month, on time, at the first of the month, 12 months of the year, for ten years. Without a single acception.

For the vast majority of time it remains peaceful of human conflicts.
It is paradise to me because I live approx 1 mile from Madeira beach … … … the beach provides me much, ….
This is paradise because of the weather ( it’s 9 months of Paradise – 3 months of a fight against heat, as you age )
THIS IS PARADISE BECAUSE IT IS IN THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA.

The last two hurricanes to make landfall on the Gulf side of Florida were Hurricane Milton in October 2024 (making landfall in Siesta Key) and Hurricane Helene in September 2024
The Forest Before The Trees – The War at Lot #210 / street view – tree issues – Hurricane stories … Roof top damage – property damage due to a BEAUTIFUL HUGE OLD over growing tree! Engulfing the ground with roots, destroying the sewer system and damaging the roof.
BUT it is a very big beautiful tree,
